
We’re so excited for the 2026 Blue Island Oyster Festival
We highly recommend reading through the FAQ’s and ticket details, at the Tickets & Info link below, prior to the release date so you are prepared if they sell as fast as usual. We may not have any time to react to any questions or problems once the tickets go on sale.
Tickets have sold out immediately the past few years so be ready to go when they go live.
Tickets will be available for purchase starting June 11th, 2026 starting at 12 pm EST, until they sell out.

The Blue Island Oyster festival generates funds to donate to environmental projects and education programs set up to protect the Great South Bay.
- What happens with the festival proceeds?
- We have been able to donate over $15,000 of festival proceeds to the Long Island Oyster Growers Association non-profit to promote RESTORATIVE AQUACULTURE and our Long Island Oyster Industry, in addition to securing another $100,000 funds for them donated to us from the Seahorse Foundation.
- We distributed another $2,500 in scholarships in May of 2026 to qualified graduating high school seniors. That makes $11,780 in scholarship funds dispersed to date!
- Thousands of dollars have been made in donations to other environmental non-profits over the years, like Save the Great South Bay, who’s goals align with protecting Long Island waters for future generations.
- We have funds raised that are earmarked for eelgrass restoration
- and more to come as we continue to raise money due to your generous support!
